Aging Into Wellness offers exercise classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6 AM to 7 PM.
NIA – a combination of Dance, Martial Arts, and Healing Arts – is an aerobic and strength training workout that can be done at any age and fitness level. It is performed barefoot and improves balance, mobility, flexibility, and stability. It helps with weight loss, pain management, and so much more.

Yoga – we even have a class just for Kids.
Core – this class is done totally on the floor and helps tone and condition the entire body.
If classes don’t work for you, ask about our ZAAZ Vibration Machine. This machine offers strength training workouts in as little as 12 minutes. It also provides massage and other programs to strengthen and relieve pain.
Chakra, Meridian, and Spinal Reflex treatments, as well as Reflexology, are available.
Essential Oils Do-It-Yourself Classes are offered monthly by Toni Jacobs.
Carol offers Health Coaching and Personal Training.
